Shipper & Broker Responsibilities
- Provide accurate load details, including commodity, weight, temperature set points, and appointment times.
- Ensure freight is properly packaged, labeled, and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
- Pay agreed rates per the rate confirmation and applicable payment terms.
